Sleeping pills are more addictive. It provides many side effects. It is very harmful to your health. Valerian is the herb used for insomnia disorder. It does not cause any discomfort in the morning. Narcolepsy is the neurological disorder. In these days, there are many people suffered from narcolepsy and it provides too much daytime sleepiness. Sleep apnea is the most common sleep disorder.
