Addiction

Addiction is a physical disorder by psychoactive substances like tobacco, alcohol, heroin, caffeine and other drugs. Drug addiction is the most common problem among youngsters. It is also known as chronic relapsing disorder and it includes drug- seeking and drug- taking behaviors. Drug addiction is managed by many treatments such as 12 step programs, mandatory methadone maintenance, group therapy and one on one therapy and many more. Treatment programs are used for treating the addiction. Some of the most common addictions are computer addiction, sport addiction, gambling addiction, overeating, sex addiction or compulsive sex, compulsive shopping and many more. The addiction can be affected their individual health, social life and mental state. It includes biological and psychological factors. Addiction means people do not control their doing, taking or using. Addiction is an illness. It is solved by counseling, self help groups, behavioral therapies or medical treatment. There are many different addiction counseling programs available.

Sleep disorders

The sleep disorder is also known as somnipathy. It is a medical disorder of the sleep. It is caused by many different types of problems. People who suffer from difficulty in sleeping are also known as insomnia. The excessive sleeping disorders are known as hypersomnia. Sleeping is used to promote your physical and mental health. It is more essential for a healthy body and mind. Sleeping disorders can be caused many complications such as fatigue, restlessness, pain, anxiety and lack of concentration, depression, nutritional deficiencies, trauma and many more. Sleeping pills are more addictive. It provides many side effects. It is very harmful to your health. Valerian is the herb used for insomnia disorder. It does not cause any discomfort in the morning. Narcolepsy is the neurological disorder. In these days, there are many people suffered from narcolepsy and it provides too much daytime sleepiness. Sleep apnea is the most common sleep disorder.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is muscle and connective tissue pain. It is a medical disorder. The symptoms of fibromyalgia are fatigue, joint stiffness, sleep disturbance and many more. Some of the people have difficulty with swallowing, cognitive dysfunction, bowel and bladder abnormalities and numbness and tingling. It causes pain, stiffness, tendons, joints without detectable inflammation and tenderness of muscle. But it does not cause any damage of the body. Sleeping disorder is the most common problem. It is the chronic condition. It is also known as fibromyalgia syndrome and simply referred to as FMS. It is mostly affected to chronic pain and disability. In these days, there are many people suffered from the fibromyalgia. The chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity syndromes, myofascial pain syndrome and many other conditions are the most associated with each other. The sufferers by fibromyalgia have difficulty exercising because they have lot of pain. Water exercises are more beneficial for them.

Health education

Health education is the study about the health and provided by the profession of educating people. It consists of many different types such as physical health, environmental health, social health, emotional health, spiritual health, intellectual health and many more. The health education is used to make quality health decisions. The World Health Organization provides health education. It is used to improve health literacy, improve knowledge and develop the life skills. The health educator gets an important role in health education. It is the social education and it includes biological, psychological, physical and medical sciences. It is used to promote health and prevent from diseases. It is the development of community and systematic strategies. It is used to develop the health attitudes, knowledge, skills and behavior. It improves the health status of families, communities, individuals, states and the nation. It develops the quality of the life of people. It is used to reduce premature deaths.

Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is the bone disease and it is the increased risk of fracture. In this disease, the bone mineral density is reduced. It is defined by the World Health Organization. According to the definition, the normal bone mineral density is 2.5 standard deviations. It gets more below the standard mineral bone density and it is called the osteoporosis. It is changed by diet, exercise and preventing falls. Some of the medications are taken to this disease such as calcium, bisphosphonates, vitamin D and many others. It is a component of the frailty syndrome. It does not have specific symptoms. The fragility fractures occur in some places such as rib, hip, vertebral column, wrist and much more. Fractures are one of the main causes of osteoporosis. In general, the normal bone consists of collagen, protein and calcium. The pain varies based on the location of the pain and the location of the fracture. Hip fractures may be occurred by a fall. It is a silent disease.

Back Pain

Back pain is also known as dorsalgia. It is originated from the nerves, muscles, joints, bones or other structures in the spine. It is a chronic pain. It gives burning sensation. The pain is occurred in the arms and hands, legs or feet. The symptoms of pain are weakness, numbness or tingling. Back pain is the most common complaint of many people. Back pain is categorized into many types such as neck pain, lower back pain, middle back pain or tailbone pain. The duration of acute is less than 4 weeks and sub acute is 4 to 12 weeks then chronic is greater than 12 weeks. The back pain is divided into two types such as mechanical or nonspecific back pain and secondary back pain. Back pain is the most serious problem. Back pains do not require immediate medical intervention. The main cause of back pain is self- limiting and non- progressive. Most of the back pain syndrome is caused by the inflammation.

Birth defects

Birth defects are meant by body metabolism, abnormalities, of structure or function. The main birth defects are abnormalities like developmental or physical disabilities. It requires medical or surgical treatment. There are more than 4000 different known birth defects available and ranging from minor to serious. Mainly it can be caused by environmental, genetic or unknown factors.  Some of the most common major structural defects are heart defects. In the United States, child affects 1 in 150 babies. Other common types of structural defects include cleft palate, clubfoot and congenital dislocated and spina bifida. Metabolic defects are affected 1 in 3500 babies and it can be caused by missing or incorrectly formed enzyme processing. The metabolic defects are very harmful. It includes a fatal disease, Tay- Sachs disease and many more. Some of the defects are caused by congenital infections. Some of the infection birth defects are parvovirus, syphilis, cytomegalovirus, toxoplasmosis, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, rarely chickenpox and many more.

Congestive disease

Congestive disease is the heart failure. It happens when the heart weak pumping action. It causes a buildup of fluid and it is called congestions. It develops slowly. Heart failure is caused by own efforts of heart. The symptoms of heart failure vary from person to person. The first symptom of congestive heart failure is fatigue. It is a non- specific symptom. Some of the symptoms are swelling of the ankles and legs or abdomen. It is also referred to as right sided heart failure. It is mostly caused by severe lung disease and it is also known as cor pulmonale. It is also one kind of heart disease. It is simply known as CHF. It can be caused by many numbers of reasons such as congenital heart defects, family history of coronary disease, damaged heart valves, chronic high blood pressure, prior cardiac arrests and many more. It may occur in many different stages.

Chronic diseases

The chronic diseases are one kind of human health disease condition. It is a long lasting in nature. Some of the common chronic diseases are included cancer, asthma, HIV or AIDs and diabetes. The chronic opposite is acute. It is slightly different from recurrent course. It is also known as non- communicable disease. Most of the chronic diseases require chronic care management. It is used to maintain the effective long term treatments. The health care services are included environmental, behavioral, clinical and social aspects. It is the major factor of continuous growth. In general, chronic diseases are long duration and slow progression diseases. It includes heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases. The meaning of chronic disease is recurring or persistent disease. It can be caused by hereditary factors such as living conditions and poor diet, tobacco using and other harmful substances or a sedentary lifestyle. There are many different types of chronic diseases available.
